We decided that we were going to have a quiet night in the apartment on Friday night. We had dinner and then watched a bit of TV....an old episode of Friday Night with Jules Holland came on and after listening to it we decided to dig out our old LP's. (Yes, we still have a record player!!). We discovered that we have a lot of old crappy LP's but in amongst them
were a few wee gems. Chris introduced me to The Notting Hillbillies and played their album 'Missing Presumed Having A Good Time'. I was surprised....I really liked them...they are a kinda mix of country (without the slit your wrists stuff) and blues. We ended up waltzing round the apartment which was rather romantic and a first for us!!You can listen to them if you click here
